I post here several times a week (or whenever God puts something on my heart) about things that matter — anxiety, healing, faith, growth, relationships, body image, purpose, and becoming better in ways that actually feel good.
A lot of my posts weave in my relationship with God because it's authentic to who I am. But whether you share my faith or not, you’re welcome here. I believe in love — and that means I love like Jesus, who included everyone. So you belong here. No matter your background, beliefs, or where you're at in your journey.

Ready to journal?
Journaling has changed my life. Seriously. It’s helped me move through emotions, process hard seasons, talk to God, and reconnect with who I really am. I can’t recommend it enough.

And don’t overthink the setup. You can:
Use any notebook or scrap paper you have nearby
Or go buy one that’s so pretty it inspires you to open it often

Here’s a little writing exercise I learned in college that I still use today:
5-Minute Free Write:
Set a timer for 5 minutes
Write without stopping — no editing, no fixing spelling, no judging
Let it be messy
And while I highly encourage physically writing — if you are just needing to get things out, feel free to go into your notes app on your phone, or
Or if you’re like me and in a hurry, do what I do, talk text your thoughts into ChatGPT, and tell it what you want it to help you with (like calm down before going to an event, figure out what your next career move is, whatever it may be—) ChatGPT is a great listener! Don’t knock it ‘til you try it!
Then try a "Notice & Focus" round:
Set another timer for 5 minutes
Reread what you wrote and jot down what stands out — words, phrases, emotions, questions
Bullet-point what you notice
Ready to go deeper? Take your list or insights and do another 5-minute free write — then notice and focus again. Repeat as much as you want. You’ll be surprised what comes out.
